AI assistant — connect Claude or ChatGPT

You can now connect an AI assistant — like Claude or ChatGPT — directly to your Orbi account. Once connected, you can ask it things like "who needs attention this week?", "what's coming up tomorrow?", or "draft a check-in for Maria", and it reads your real data to answer.

It can also take actions on your behalf — create a program, update notes, log an offline payment, message a client — and anything that touches a client always asks for your approval first.

Turn it on under Settings → Integrations → AI assistant. It's off until you enable it, and you choose exactly which capabilities (like messaging or recording payments) it's allowed to use.
