Cleaner client mobile nav

Logout doesn't belong next to Home and Bookings — it's not somewhere you go. We dropped it from the client bottom nav and put it where it actually belongs: a destructive button at the bottom of the Settings page.

The bottom nav now has five tabs (Home, Programs, Bookings, Progress, Settings), matching how Trainerize, FitBudd, and Hevy lay out theirs.
