Health apps — connect a wearable, share recovery with your coach
Orbi can now read recovery data from a client's health app so coaching decisions sit on more than guesswork:
- Connect from More → Connected apps. A client links a supported health app (Oura, Withings) themselves. Before anything connects, a consent step spells out exactly what Orbi will access — sleep, heart-rate variability, readiness, and the other metrics that app provides — and they can disconnect at any time, which deletes the synced data from Orbi.
- Coach Health tab. On a client's page, a Health tab shows readiness, sleep, and HRV as at-a-glance cards with trends, plus a combined readiness-and-sleep chart.
- Privacy-first. Health data is special-category data — access is consented per app, scoped to what each app provides, and fully reversible.
This is the foundation for using recovery signals across the rest of Orbi — flagging under-recovery before a hard session, and tailoring programs to how a client is actually adapting.
