Start from a template

You no longer have to start from a blank page. The Programs and Workouts tabs now have a "Start from template" button that opens a small library of curated starters — push-pull-legs, full-body 3-day, upper/lower 4-day, and a handful of standalone workouts.

Pick one, and we copy it into your library so it's yours to edit, rename, or delete. Nothing's locked. Templates are a starting point, not a constraint.
