Legal pages — draft banner removed
The destructive Alert that read "This content is a draft and requires professional legal review before publication" has been removed from the privacy, terms, impressum, DPA, withdrawal, and cookies pages.
The pages still need lawyer review before Phase 1 — that's tracked in ops/launch-checklist.md. But a public-facing legal page that announces "this isn't really our policy" creates more DSGVO transparency risk than it solves: a visitor reading the impressum cannot rely on it, which is exactly what the impressum is for. The banner went up as a self-imposed warning during drafting and outlived its usefulness.
What changed:
LegalPageShellno longer accepts adraftBannerprop and no longer renders the Alert component.- Each of the six legal pages stopped passing the prop.
- The
legal.draft_bannertranslation key was removed from EN, DE, and HE message files.
Lawyer review of the underlying content remains the gating item. Until that's done, do not announce these pages publicly.
