Training — mark a workout complete
The Mark session complete button on your program now does what it says:
- Tapping it records the session to your workout history (it used to only tick the button visually, without saving).
- Your coach sees the completion, so adherence is based on real activity.
- After logging, you land on your progress history with the session marked done.
This is the first step of in-workout logging — per-set reps, weight, and RPE come next.
