Workout logging pre-fills your last session
Logging a workout is faster and smarter:
- Pre-filled from last time. Each set now starts with the weight and reps you logged the last time you did that exercise — so you just confirm or nudge the number, instead of re-typing it. The coach's prescription still shows as the placeholder.
- Matched across weeks and programs. It follows the movement, not the calendar — so "last time you squatted" carries over even into a new training block.
- Your history is linked properly. Each logged set is now tied to its prescribed set, which also powers per-exercise progress going forward.
