Training — log your sets (reps, weight, RPE)
Your program is now a working logger, not just a plan to read:
- Per-set grid. Each exercise shows a tidy kg · reps · RPE row per set, pre-filled with the prescribed numbers — just adjust what actually happened.
- Tick sets off as you finish them.
- Mark session complete saves every set (weight, reps, RPE, done) to your workout history, and your coach sees it.
