Plans — three tiers, annual billing, and a 14-day trial

Settings → Plan & billing now reflects how Orbi actually scales with you:

• Three plans, by feature — not by client count. Basic covers client management, your booking page, payments, manual training plans, and on-demand AI text assist. Growth adds the full AI copilot and your client PWA. Pro adds your own branded app in the App Store. Your roster size never changes the price.
• Monthly or annual. A toggle switches every plan between monthly and annual billing — annual saves 17%.
• 14-day free trial, no credit card. Every plan starts with a two-week trial. We only ask for a card when the trial ends.
• Clear pricing. €39 / €89 / €199 per month, net — 19% VAT is shown on top, as German law requires.

What's gone: the old per-tier client caps. There's no longer a limit on how many active clients you can have on any plan.
