These Terms of Service govern the use of the Orbi platform ("Platform"), operated by Noam Bergmann, Pflugstr. 19, 10115 Berlin, Germany. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Orbi provides independent fitness coaches with tools for client management, scheduling, payments, workout programming, and communication. The Platform does not provide fitness or medical advice.
Coaches register via email and password or SSO. Clients are invited by their coach. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction, and the services they deliver to their clients through the Platform.
Orbi offers tiered subscriptions (Free, Starter, Growth, Pro). Payment processing for coach services is handled via Stripe Connect. Coaches are responsible for Stripe processing fees.
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a separate Data Processing Agreement. Health data is processed under GDPR Article 9 with explicit consent.
Orbi is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the coach in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate at any time. Coaches can export their data before account deletion. Client data is retained per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Berlin shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
